About Meghann Rader

Meghann is a freelance Illustrator from Vancouver Island, Canada, where she lives with her husband, dog and baby girl. She studied art for many years growing up and in 2006 received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, in Vancouver B.C.

She loves drawing interesting objects, creating fun patterns and experimenting with typography. In her work she plays a lot with colour and different types of media, often combining hand drawn images with watercolour, gouache and digital. Rader is always on the lookout for new techniques, trends and inspiration that will help her work grow further.
