Are your phone cases hard or soft?
Snap and Tough cases are made of Polycarbonate material with a fixed shape and is a hard material, and not a soft rubber or silicon.
Folio cases are made from Faux leather which is a soft material.

Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?
Yes, your picture will be printed on the side of the case. To ensure that your image wraps fully around the case please ensure that your image goes to the blue dotted line in the case designer.

Not a problem – you can use your personal photos to make your case.

Will my image quality be good enough?
We recommend that your image is 300 DPI in order to make your case look beautiful!
What is 300DPI? DPI means dots per inch. In printing, dots per inch (DPI) is the usual measure of printed image quality on the paper.
How can i find out if my image is 300DPI?
On your desktop you can open the image in photoshop and go to image size, or you can open in preview and go to image

How can I pay for my order?
Click on “Credit or Debit Card”, “PayPal” or “Amazon Pay” upon checkout.

When I click on Proceed to PayPal or Place Order it tells me that my billing details are incorrect. What should I do?
